The breakfast could be better, perhaps with a wider variety of options.

We had a fantastic stay at Royalty Rooms & Spa for 3 nights. Our room was equipped with a Jacuzzi, sauna, and even a Himalayan salt room, which was the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring. The staff was always attentive, filling the Jacuzzi for us every evening. The location was ideal, with coffee shops nearby and just a short walk to the bustling streets filled with bars and restaurants. The room had a Jacuzzi, sauna, and Himalayan salt room, which was great after a day of sightseeing. The staff filled the Jacuzzi every evening as requested. There were coffee shops nearby and it was a short walk to busy streets with bars and restaurants. The hotel was helpful and accommodating, even offering an upgrade to a room with a spa.

On the positive side, the hotel is located in a quiet residential area, making it a peaceful retreat. Additionally, it is conveniently close to the main train station where direct shuttles to the airport can be easily accessed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with amenities such as a fridge and air conditioning properly placed to ensure comfort.
Cleaning service was also lacking, as the rooms were not cleaned for the four days of our stay and towels were not replaced.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Naples for 4 nights for work purposes. The location of the hotel was excellent, as it was within walking distance to the central station, yet situated in a quiet residential area. Despite being in an industrial area, it felt safe during the day. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The internal site was also satisfactory. Lastly, I appreciated the effort of the reception staff, who used Google Translate to communicate effectively.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Clean and tidy with easily accessible administrators and helpful staff. Great location, just 2 metro stops or a 30-minute walk to the central area. Nearby bus and train stations provide convenience, with a supermarket located at the train station. Pleasant scent inside the apartment. Remember to ask administrators about the trick to opening the first door.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to both the train and bus stations. This made it super convenient for us to explore the city and even catch a direct shuttle to the airport. Additionally, there were plenty of transport options nearby, including a metro station just a short walk away.
Could not be improved in any way.

Clean and tidy with helpful administrators. Great location, close to public transportation. Convenience of a supermarket in the train station. Amazing smell inside. Don't forget to ask about opening the first door. Air con and TV with Netflix. Close to Napoli Centrale. Friendly staff. Bus link from airport. Decent cafes nearby. Felt secure with multiple doors. Jacuzzi, peace and quiet, cleanliness, and always hot water.

Great location near the train station and with a lovely view of the bustling street. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us. The room had modern amenities like air conditioning and a TV with Netflix, which made our stay more comfortable.
The cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. We found black mold on the showerhead and the spa bath was a disaster, with dirt and disgusting debris shooting out of the jets.

The nearby cafes and food stalls were a great option for breakfast. Despite the initial appearance of the building, the multiple security doors provided a sense of security. The administrators were always available and helpful, ensuring a clean and tidy stay.
Felt welcomed and had no complaints during my stay.
